The focus of the book is how to improve yourself so you can improve your relationship with your horse to get the results you want. I love this book and have read it multiple times. It is written in a story format so it is engaging and fun to read. Mark Rashid is a fantastic trainer. Everything I watch one of his clinics I learn something new which improves everything I do.
